2017 – 2018 Fall & Year-Round Athletic Tryout Information
All new and returning athletes must have an athletic physical and all required paperwork on file with an athletic trainer before the tryout. Forms can be found on the athletics site under “athletic forms.” They won’t be updated until May 1st. Any questions, see email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org.
• Make sure you have your athletic physical done and LISD paperwork (SEE LINK BELOW) completed and turned in to Chris Shiver or Linda Bowman, Vandegrift Athletic Trainers. It must be done on the LISD form. You must have this done prior to the first day of practice. You CANNOT practice or play without it. You can find the form at www.leanderisd.org.
• It is suggested that you sign up for Camp V.I.P.E.R. (strength and conditioning camp) for the remainder of the summer. Go to www.leanderisd.org and click on the blue link called “Summer School and Camp registration.” The camp costs $150 and you may register and pay on-line. This will allow you to be in shape and ready to go the first day of practice. Call Coach Sanders for details (512) 570-2370 or email@example.com.
