Class of 2020 - Senior Information
The "College Wall" - has gone Virtual!

Check out the virtual Class of 2020 College Wall.  Students can log into their Naviance account to first update the "Colleges I'm Applying To" list with the result of their application to "accepted". Then indicate in the drop-down menu of "College I'm Attending" which school they've decided to attend...please allow 1-2 weeks for the College Wall to be updated, thanks!

Students applying to college can order official high school transcripts through Parchment. Students can opt to withhold rank (except in regards to Texas A&M system schools) and should email Mrs. Stich ( the Withhold Rank Form (pg.4 here) any time before transcripts are ordered.

Several colleges require students to self-report grades as opposed to sending an official transcript with their initial application. Students can view their transcript for free via Parchment by clicking on the transcript icon in the order window of Parchment. If the free view is not the most current, click “update” and “send” at the bottom of the transcript to remove the old transcript and request an updated version. This request is processed by our registrar and is not instantaneous.

Project Graduation - Canceled

In light of recent global events, the VHS Project Grad Board has made the difficult decision to not host a post-graduation event for the Class of 2020. Our mission has always been to ensure that high school seniors have the opportunity to attend a drug & alcohol free lock-in event after graduating.

With graduation likely to be virtual this year, and with the ongoing risk of exposure to and infection from Covid 19, we do not feel it is in the best interest of our VHS families to host an in-person lock-in. We are issuing full refunds (minus the fees charged by Eventzilla, which we have to pay even when cancelling) to all parents who bought tickets or ticket/blanket bundles. Refunds will be issued through PayPal and can be expected in the coming weeks.

Many Project Grad board members are also the parents of seniors, and we, too, regret that our seniors will miss the opportunity to celebrate their achievements as so many seniors have before them. We know that these kids are special, though, and believe that the lessons of this crisis will make them uniquely compassionate, creative, strong and resilient. Even without these milestone events, we all still celebrate the Class of 2020!

We also still have a few openings on next year's Project Grad board. If you are interested in serving, or have any questions or concerns, please email
