Please read the following statement prior to requesting a VOE:

The Verification of Enrollment and Attendance can be requested by filling out the form below, and will available for pickup in the Front Office approximately 24 hours after the request has been received.  The VOE is valid for 30 days upon receiving it.  Due to the volume of requests received, you will only be notified if the VOE has been denied due to an outstanding obligation such as owing attendance hours, overdue or lost library books, or a technology fine.

VOE's completed during the last week of school and throughout the summer are valid for the entire summer, and will expire on the first day of school, August 14.  VOE's are mailed during the summer unless you request to pick it up at the time you request it.  Please keep in mind VHS is closed from June 14 - July 12, so please request your VOE before June 12 if needed during that 4-week period.
